I’m Pauline, a French Creative Director and Designer based in Bordeaux, FR. I’m also a strategic creative leader and mentor. Over the last 14+ years, I’ve worked with wonderful brands like Target, DISH Network, Boost Mobile, Boost Infinite, Southwest, Hasbro, Universal, DreamWorks, Nickelodeon, Warner Brothers, Saban, and Mattel. I supported established and emerging brands in finding their voice and shaping complex ideas into long-lasting legacies.

I’ve had the opportunity to lead full 360 campaigns from concept to production. My job is more than ideas, I also must take into account the client’s overall goals, budget, and timelines to deliver on those ideas and make them a reality.

My team is everything! I have led and developed solid creative teams with varying talent and experience levels. I thrive on collaboration and understand how to lead and partner with art, design, copy, production, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to build the best campaigns. I am an extremely passionate storyteller, I believe in being authentic and having fun doing it. I am always thinking creatively and proactively about the brand's future needs.

When I'm not at work, I value the power of multiculturalism and diversity. I think being a good person trumps everything else, and that Friday nights are for board games with friends and family.

• Established the entire creative department comprised of designers, motion designers, producers, writers, and project managers.

• Defined the organizational structure, managed operations, recruiting, delegation of workload, and on time delivery of over 170 projects a month, serving 100 marketing collaborators.

• Owned the branding, media deployment, and development of the new brand image, the go to market (GToM) plan through to its implementation in 7,000 stores nationwide with a creative budget of $75 million per year.

• Deployed 360º campaigns for iPhone 15, as well as the new Motorola and Samsung devices.

Led creative at a fast-paced, in-house agency within Fortune 200 Company. Assemble and oversee teams of up to 20 people to deliver unique UI/UX, branding, storytelling, campaign, social, digital, video, and other full-funnel marketing solutions for DISH Network and Republic Wireless.

Successfully executed day-to-day delivery of design requests while working collaboratively with design peers, copywriters, project managers, and creative director.
Rebranded the company from one product to a suite of software for southwest airlines and FedEx. 
Created effective brand marketing and advertising materials for multiple mediums such as short films and video user manuals, tradeshow designs, booklets, brochures, and presentations.
Led UI/UX, coding of Optym website to promote the product pages and increase conversions. 
•Owned the architectural design of corporate headquarters in the U.S., India, and Armenia. Designing a multicultural space with brand consistency while staying within budget (over $5 million between offices) was critical. Reported directly to the CEO.
Forecasted annual marketing budget and planned the company needs, resources, and marketing tactics.
