After creating multiple moodboards, the motion designer and I created a monthly template in After Effects. We put together a document for the client to comment on monthly, this made our process more efficient. For each commercial, I made the edits in After Effects, managed the timelines, work with an outside vendor for VO, and mixed on Adobe Premiere for the final release.
